You reach the apartment on the first floor via a communal staircase. The hall gives access to all rooms. Through the hall you reach the spacious and bright living room with the open kitchen. This kitchen has various built-in appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and extractor. At the rear of the apartment are two bedrooms, both accessible from the hall and they both give access to the south facing balcony.
